Stu, is it ok if we hire someone to kill you? I mean it isn't murder right? You don't seem to object to homocide either.

Stu, is it ok if we hire someone to kill you? That is murder and it is against the law. I mean it isn't murder right? Wrong, it is murder. You don't seem to object to homocide either. Where did you get the idea for this statement? Boyntonstu KT

Wait a second....didn't you say that abortion wasn't murder but only homocide?
Haven't you figured out how that "quote" deal works yet?

Wait a second....didn't you say that abortion wasn't murder but only homocide? I say again, abortion is NOT illegal in America. In order to break the law there must first be a law. Killing a fetus is not illegal. It is fetuscide and not homicide. Murder is when you kill the abortion doctor. If I killed you when you were pointing a gun at an abortion doctor and were squezzing the trigger, I would not break any law that I am aware of. Killing that way is not murder. Sorry about the quote misuse. I hope that I have clarified the issue. BoyntonStu Haven't you figured out how that "quote" deal works yet? KT

Do you think that asking a judge if he/she has jurisdiction is off base? I think that the question was objective and to the point. Here's another. Did God impregnate Mary? Is Jesus God? If so, then Jesus impregnated his own mother. Just thinking logically and connecting the dots. If so, then Jesus cuckolded his own father Joseph. These are the logical consequences of being an insider in Religious Land. An outsider is in Marc's corner when it comes to Legal Land. Who is an outsider in Religious Land? BoyntonStu Seems to me you are the outsider. Logic and faith do not go together. Those who want "proof" of the realities of Christ and His Father are seeking for a sign. And it is an adulterous generation that seeks after a sign. You are very contentious Stu, and you seem to thrive on argument and disguise it as searching for truth or meaning of words. Do you treat your wife with this same kind of hidden disrespect? (assuming you are fortunate enough to have a wife). Would you want her to abort one or any of your children? To find answers to spiritual things get on your knees, and with real intent ask your Father in Heaven what is right and true. And do it continually for as long as it takes to become humble and teachable. And if this happens accept the answer that is given to you. Believe it or not you are loved very much by a good and wise Father in Heaven who wants you to be happy and know of his will for you. Your intent is everything when it comes to discovering God. But then, this is just my opinion, not based on any tangible facts, but a firm belief in our creator.

Would you want her to abort one or any of your children?
I don't understand this question. How can one abort a child? Is this the thought process of a 'Christian' who is in touch with Jesus?
Why don't you answer my objective questions?
Are you so unsure of your ability to think rationally?
Be brave, stick to the issues and the truth will set you free.

Is that what you are calling it? There are no "right" answers to your questions. To you, anyone who feels spiritually is "irrational". I don't think you know what truth is. Have you been set free? You don't have objective questions. You don't want answers, you want to be right. Your ego has set you free. Are you one of those "lawyers"? If so then abortion is OK with you.

Stu wrote:
Factually what is a law but the written will of men and women. So basically, you are saying that a group of men and women have decided that killing unborn children is ok and that you (Stu) agree with them.
Now what if a group of men and women decided that killing Stu was ok? Since it would no longer be illegal would it be ok to kill you?

Hi Stu. If your wife decided to abort your preborn baby, and you were against it, would her "right" to get an abortion outway any and all rights, that you have, to your preborn baby? That the law holds you responsable for.
Were the judges that defined a preborn baby as only a fetus, lisenced to practice medicine? To answer the main question of this thread, Yes, abortion deprives life. Liberty and property, no.

Consider the hypothetical: the mother of learnin2 is attacked and raped. As a consequence she becomes pregnant. She decides on an abortion as the idea of giving birth in these circumstances is repugnant to her.Is she "sinful" and guilty of "immoral behaviour"? I'll answer, Yes it would be. There are other altermatives like adoption. How many people everyday, are raising childern that were not their own? If your answer is that you can't love somebody that isn't a blood relative, than I put it to you that you wife is not blood related. Tell her that you can't possibly love her for this reason. My sisters and i don't have the same dad, How can I possibly love them? Easy! Very easy! Would I be right in assuming that all the decisions and emotions that you mention above were chosen ? J M

To answer the main question of this thread, Yes, abortion deprives life. Liberty and property, no. Full circle ;D.Now we are back to "actions" in place of "bodies" depriving. Can we add contraception, retroactive birth control and even abstinence ? How about this "action" : failing to sustain ? Any takers? J M

Abortion is OK within our legal system. There is no law against abortion as there is against murder. It is a fact. I have never said whether I am OK with it or not. I just state the facts as I see them.

Stu wrote: Factually what is a law but the written will of men and women. Yes, true. If you do not like the law, vote to have the law changed. Factually, there used to be laws in America that allowed slavery. Those laws were put on the books by our founding church going men. Part of our Christian-American heritage. BoyntonStu

And now that the woman, who got it legalized, is a christian, she's against it! She now actively campaigns against abortion. She tells her story of how the N.O.W. orginization, used and pressured her to help them get it legalized. Probably because they own stock in abortion clinics.
