I thought this was important enough to post as a separate thread.
Winston has stated he wants to get the information in Adventures in Legal Land out but doesn't want to pay me for the books, he'd just print them up on his own. That is stealing. I have articles, archived radio shows and video that may be freely distributed. While I think it's great he wants to get the information out there, I believe we need to stay consistent in our beliefs; the end does not justify the means. That is statist theology.
I am working on other projects to get the information out to a much broader audience. Those projects require money and by stealing my work those projects, as well as my family, suffer.
I offer a good bulk discount. Contact me off the forum if you are interested. You can then sell the books at any price you want.

Makes sense to me although maybe it didn't occur to him it was stealing. The world is complex and each perspective self-legitimizing. Dialogue is great because it can sometimes result in unification, ending strife.

There's an old joke that goes:
A man sees a farmer selling hundred dollar bills for significantly less money and asks him why he's doing that. The farmer responds, "it beats farming."

I just joined the Forum, and clicked into this "thread."
I agree that the "taking" of anyone's work (property) is stealing, especially intellectual "property".
Staying in integrity is important, especially as we deal with these topics in our lives.
I've recently finished reading THE BOOK... Cudo's all over for Marc.
Thanks.

I just joined the Forum, and clicked into this "thread." I've recently finished reading THE BOOK... Cudo's all over for Marc. Thanks. Hi there! Unique name, there is a topic that I think you should post inside of... It's where you can say why you chose your screen name: thereisnostate.proboards39.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1103073560Welcome to the forum, and hopefully you'll find - as many of us have - that this is a great place to vent, toss ideas around, and most of all put the pieces together in such a way as to get others to see the hoax. Success stories are good, but more importantly we need to shine light on the cockroaches/parasites/vultures/bureaucrats at every opportunity!

What is being stolen? The text? The ideas behind the text? Both are silly. Money from you? This is unprovable, because you cannot prove he would pay if he couldn't get it free. If he sells it after he acquired it, THEN he would be stealing profits you should be getting.

Shining the light of civilization. - Kaylee, Firefly I had to find the context for that quote - it's the pilot episode - and wow it's kinda appropriate for us anti-statist voluntaryist AiLLers - - - MAL: ...we'd best be rid of these 'fore we run into another Alliance patrol. JAYNE: What the hell they doing this far out, anyhow? KAYLEE: Shining the light of civilization. JAYNE: Doesn't do us any good... KAYLEE: Well, we're uncivilized. - - - In the original ep it is sarcastic, describing the gubmint. When it is us -- the true liberators and liberated (mentally anyway) -- who are shining the light of "civilization".

I am not jtbreeze, or a troll. If I speak out against your product would I be stealing potential sales?

I am not jtbreeze, or a troll. If I speak out against your product would I be stealing potential sales? "Almost *certainly* this troll is..." Okay, my mistake, I should have said "Almost *certainly* this is a troll, probably either..." I apologize. Troll label rescinded. I'll let your actions speak louder than our fear-based presumptions. Plus remember it's all confusing when multiple differently-named anonymous posters respond one after another in a thread. So speak out, attack the merits of whatever you dislike. Just keep in mind that numerous other threads on this board that Marc provides show his personal belief about intellectual theft, injury, etc. Is $20 really too high a price to own a copy of something that you can essentially preview by skimming this site, the website (with audio interviews, articles, and book excerpt)... Maybe others on this forum should chip in to some PayPal pool account to help the poor get a copy of the book  PS: Again, no offence intended. Why not prevent the confusion from anon postings, and go ahead and create a user account - if you're actually interested in the ideas in AiLL it's a great place to discuss, debate, learn...
