I was a witness to the Tuesday proceedings. The Lawyer Dave in the black robes actually replied, "There is no plaintiff". That is a direct quote. He went on to say something about "The State" but I couldn't hear it clearly. I'd like to get the transcript from the court reporter, maybe post it in this forum. I plan on being in Dave's court on Dec 1st to see the outcome. Any and all interested parties should be there too. I have two speeding tickets cases coming next week and am looking forward to challenging them with my new information about the supposed fairness and protection. One is in Waxahachie on the 18th and I do not have any witnesses.

I'm going up against the same lawyer with the black robes. In fact, my case came up the day after the case Marc was in Austin watching.
I went in and for the sixth time Dave asked me if I had a lawyer, I said no, and he said, "I'll give you two more weeks to get a Lawyer". This seemingly could go on indefinitely.
I am charged with "posession of Marijuana under two ounces". What a heinous crime. To think of all the peoples rights I have violated! All the injuries I have subjected "The State" to.

The "possession" charge is a misdemeanor?
It's hard to believe the "State of Texas" survived your little crime spree. ;D
Are they asking for the death penalty?

Some of my early 'court adventures' are in my Unsung Ballad of Suijurisfreeman over at: www.suijurisfreeman.toddmontanye.comincluding a court transcript of a 2 minute 'trial' held without me present for no driver's license, no registration, no tags, etc. Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end. We'd sing and dance forever and a day, we lived the life we'd choose, we'd fight and never lose, those were the days, oh yes those were the days! (An oldie for your listening pleasure) ;D

Hiya M8:) When dealing with crats - COPYRIGHT what you say. It works here in merry ole England as long as you announce it at the start of proceedings. I see no reason it won't work in your legal land too. (Also usable in phone convo's with credit card companies et al who record you when you speak.)
