I have my own ideas on this, but I'd like to hear everyone else's first.
I don't just mean spot one on this board or on any other place on the Net.
I mean anywhere, whether in person, on the phone, via mail, email, fax, you name it.
The assumption I'm making here is that you're dealing with a "wolf in sheep's clothing," i.e., they are hiding the fact that they are an agent and their purpose is to hurt you, one way or another, or to "report back" to someone else who will hurt you.
By agent I mean any "government" agent no matter what "department," "level," "office," "nation," etc..

I was once accused of being 'an agent' over on homesteadingtoday (Freedom! Self-Reliance board, page 44, Good Evening, Agent Johnson thread) back in 2002. I think that I made my position quite clear!  |

Here are a few of my thoughts on how to spot an agent, which I reproduce from another thread: The ones we expect to be the least are, easily, the ones most likely to be one. Agents come in at least three forms, the ones who give the orders, the ones who follow the orders and the ones who hide their true identity. A divided house cannot stand. Non-agents can't do what SJF claims to do without paying the consequences at some point so I have to conclude that he's either an agent or he's going to fall victim to them eventually. I think members of any internet board should never compromise their privacy as SJF is inviting everyone to. Take a look at his home page. I wouldn't think an agent would be so obvious but stranger things have happenned in this world. I believe SJF is either extraordinarily unaware about the realities of the system or he's an agent that was recruited to discredit patriots, originally, a few years ago, and is now out to discredit anyone advocating freedom outside how agents define freedom (obeying them to the letter). SJF makes freedom lovers appear naive, to say the least. Look at his home page with a photo of him picking his nose with one hand with a beer bottle in the other and militia pants on. Then he gives us a "success story" of how he beat the system, and invites everyone to post messages how they're breaking every law in the book (whether legitimate laws or not, which is a separate issue). Agents were successful in, more or less, completely destroying the patriot-constitutional community in the 90's. It may be, now they are out to destroy any move or interest towards freedom that still exists in this decade ... If I were Marc I'd lock most or all of the threads started by SJF with a note, at it's end, stating "locked for preservation as a case study of (fill in the blank)." Marc can fill in that blank to define what he sees. Then, when SJF has another story to tell us all of how he's doing in his next court battle, he can post a thread linking to his website. If he loves freedom so much to get a website going about it and to manage interacting with a message board, he can do this too. www.suijurisfreeman.toddmontanye.com/Even his photo is described as "pickin" .jpg. Why? Sorry SJF, if you're a sincere freedom lover, and nothing more, but you send up a lot of red flags. And, if you are an agent, I suggest you attend 'the James Bond school,' where they teach real stealth. |

Ad hominems are a no no here Rizzotherat! I'm starting a list of all those bad names you're calling me, Santa's gonna know who's been naughty next Christmas! Please point to one, just one incident where I've ever used violence. You simply can't Rizzotherat because the ONLY 'weapon' that this suijurisfreeman has used in almost 12 years of freedom fighting is his mind. I've opened a large economy size can of judicial whoop-ass serveral times on the thuggery known as government. Jerry Gee, Sheriff of Monroe County, Kentucky and one of his deputies Lucas Geralds actually told my son that they really liked my large orange signs - imagine that Rizzotherat!  |
