I heard on our radio station today, that the Oregon supreme court just overturned the statute that required people to provide information to cops when they request it. This case was brought by the aclu. Has anyone else heard anything about this? I whent to the supreme court site, but can't find a link to this subject. Any ideas on how to look this up?

Not sure. It was over protesters being told by cops they had to leave the area, when Bush was here in Jacksonville eating dinner. I think it was more over not having to do what a cop tells you, instead of reguesting and providing info. I wasn't able to catch the whole show. That's why I put the question here.

I haven't been able to figure out how to use the IM feature. By the way, I'm in Oregon if your question was about Florida.
