I manage a really nice Steakhouse and to top it off the city in which this restauraunt resides is also the county seat.
All the city's officials, preachers, local rebels, and Joe/Jane citizens trickle in...and I get to pick their brains regarding our state of affairs; and at times throw out leading questions in hopes of deprogramming the programmed.
Today at lunch a couple of assistant DA's came in during the swing shift (swing shift = between 2-4pm). I have been throwing out very mild leading questions at them for the last couple months whenever they would come in.
This time around they came in about 2hours later than they usually do - so I asked why they were so late. Their work kept them busy; a 30 minute driver's license issue turned out to be a 3 hour issue. I dint ask for details but I decided today would be the day to go for all or nothing.
(Interesting insight - today I had my USC Title 26 books with me as a couple "employees" were interested in the IRS)
So I tell the assisitat DA's its interesting they brought up the driver's license issue as I had a few questions I'ld like to throw out at them (boy is that an understatement).
Anyway, I asked them:
Me: Can someone from the local Majestic Theatre come in here and begin telling me what I can or cant do?
Them: Of course not; no way!
Me: Can someone from the local Quick Check gas station come in here and begin telling me what I can or cant do?
Them: Of course not; no way!
Me: Can either of these inidividuals steal my car against my will?
Them: Of course not; no way - that's against the law!
Me: Well let me ask you this, let us say I'm driving along with a 90 mile head wind and the wind gust causes me to swirve. The local police officer pulls me over. Can he pull me over and tell me what to do?
Them: Well "we" (yes she used the word we) need to...,
(I finished the sentance for her)
Me: Need to know who I am?
Them: Yes
Me: Who is "we"..., Before you answer that question, let us say I'm arrested for swirving for whatever reason. Let us now go forward to the trial. I'm questioning the arresting officer and ask them why I was arrested and they said becuase I violated "Texas State Law #whatever", is my being in the State of Texas an element of the violation?
Them: one of them answered immediately "Yes" while the other looked up and begain thinking the question through. The one who answered yes began coercing the other to agree with her...and explain why.
Me: In other words can that arresting officer arrest me if I'm in the State of Oklahoma for violating State of Texas Law #whatever; they answered no and we were all in agreement that being arrested for the State Violation required me to be in the State where said violation occurred.
Me: So then I asked them what then was the "State".
It was a funny response as the both jerked their heads and blinked as if they were completely blindsided.
Them: One of them answere that the State was the governering body of blah blah blah.
I let her go on for about 4o seconds before I interrupted and asked her:
Me: Is that your arbitrary opinion or is that a fact of law?
Them: Hmm, that's a good question. I dont know?
Through another series of leading questions I finally got one of them to answer that said violation and the rite of the officer was due to me being a resident...,
Me: (as soon as she said resident I interrupted her) Resident of what?
Them: Resident of the City
Me: Yea but the driver's license is issued by the state, of which you already admitted to me you didnt know what the fact of lawful state is. Therefore, does the city have any authority to interfer or regulate a contract issued by the "State"
Them: again they both kind've jerked their heads and blinked (its funny when they do this - I believe this is similar to a computer telling me "That does not compute")
Them: One of them said to the other, Does the city have the right to regulate a state issued driver's license? I dont know said the other one.
Somehow we got on the issue of payment...(boy, talk about openine a can of worms).
Me: I asked them, if I was indicted for my charges against me in our theoretical violation of the State of Texas Law #whatever and told to "pay" the fine...how can I pay the fine if I have no lawful tender?
Them: What do ya mean?
Me: If the Constitution say that only Silver and Gold can discharge a debt - what is happens to the debt when I "pay" with a dollar bill?
Them: One of them pulled a dollar bill out of her purse and pointed to the "legal tender" statement on the bill.
Me: That says legal...it doesnt say lawful! When I read the Constitution I cant find anywhere where it authorizes anyone to alter the "discharging of debt" clause. So, I'll ask it again - what is happening to the debt if we are not paying for our products with gold and silver?
Them: I dont see how that matters
Me: The dollar bill was birthed as a promise to pay a certain amount of gold or silver (gold or silver notes); therefore - dollar bills got their value from gold and silver. Since we were taken off the gold and silver standard what value does the bill posess?
Them: I dont know?
Me: Furthermore: the bill you pulled out of your purse is not a bill, it is a FRN. The FRN is a debt instrument - it only promisses to pay.., it is not payment in and of itself.
Me: So if I'm told to pay my fine - what can I pay with If we are not paying with gold and silver?
Them: I dont know?
Me: We have become indentured servants to the state which is suppose to be illegal according to the constitution.
This is where I went to the office and grabbed my copy of Arron Ruso's CD and my USC Title 26 books. I gave them the CD and begin asking them hard questions on the IRS and showed them the IRS's defintions of State/United States.
We again dovetailed into the contract issue. I found out through my questioning of "contracting out of" the unknown implied contract to pay income taxes; that there were others in the county (patriots) that claimed themselves sovereign and these assistant DA's were currently fighting with them.
So I asked them again based on our discussion of "who or what" is the state, do we, you, or anyone else have the authority to make them pay taxes?
I jokingly requested to them that their class objective was to find out what the "state" is and get back to me.
They were both interested in my questions and agreed to find out what the state is and get back to me.
This whole series of exchanges took about an hour and a half. I like these ladies and one of them even confessed to me that she didnt like big brother governement and preferred the smallest government possible.
All in all I think it was a good exchange. Most of all I hope our conversation helps the "patriots" that were taking a stand.
Me: I also gave them my theory on the corporate govt. in that it is the smaller corporation's (county) job to hand its assets (residents) over to the larger coporations (cities) to which these larger coporations will hand their assests over to the giant corporations (states) to which they will give their assets over to the Feds to which the Federal corporations will eventually give their assets over to the Internationalists.
(I dindt go into the NWO as I believe they have enough info to digest for the moment)
Them: Yea, what's up with that and the all of a sudden requirement of a passport to go into Canada and back?
Me: Not just a passport but a micro chipped RFID passport!
This was a good exchange and I look forward to the next time I see them.
