If I were you, I'd go easy on the weights because the world needs your mind more than your muscles. Some unasked for advice, I know, "but someone had to say it."

Thanks, it was a stupid mistake though, most do it at least once. That's all it takes to never do it again. I was able to start pressing again this week and light olympic lifting. No heavy cleans or front squats though.

Me neither. Heavy cleaning is really silly. It all just gets dirty again anyway, so why bother?!

I figured there would be jokes like "I didn't think you could clean heavy enough to break a wrist." Tough crowd. ;D

I clicked the link on the right side to generate the embed HTML: <embed style="width:400px; height:326px;" id="VideoPlayback" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=198325969631851603&hl=en" flashvars=""> </embed>
But if you want it to be embedded into (for example) *this* BBS thread, ain't gonna happen, there is no "[embed]...[/embed]" bbCode. Not on Proboards anyway. (with good reason ) re. the other question: I've wanted to imbed audio also and couldn't figure it out. Darren, Sagas??? Kurt? Highly recommended to *not* do that -- most people *hate* having music and/or audio auto-play when a page opens up... it appears amateurish (back in the early WWW days, when the "BLINK" tag was heavily used, along with "MARQUEE" waaayyy too much ). Instead have a link or button which plays the audio as a result of the explicit consent of the user. But I have seen that using the "<EMBED>" or "<OBJECT>" tag does seem to work for auto-played/embedded audio -- .wav files only IIRC. I'll let you Google-find it yourself, since I am morally opposed to it

Although some bbs's implement a scaled down version of HTML type tags, Not all forums fully implement nor support imbedding of objects, especially video objects.
I don't have time to look at it right now. I have much going on today, perhaps Darren or Kurt could look at it sooner, otherwise it will be some time next week before I can get to it.

I actually didn't want the audio to launch automatically, just when you wanted to hear it.

A stand-alone HTML page that is linked to would work, or even just a link to the .wav or .mp3 (I think that's what you do already) ... within this forum anything beyond a normal <a href> type of link will probably not be possible, AFAIK.
