"war IS always between individuals, no?" - i2
between 2 people or 2k people. it's nothing intricate. 1 person with a family will be backed up by his family, wrong or right. the hard part is relinquishing the idea of "even steven". If I kill one of yours you have the right to kill one of mine. these things that are close to our individual souls, once they have become lost, the hurt is, well we should all know be familiar with the twisting of anguish and pain. that's one aspect of how a war is started. it could be territorial. hell, we are bred in "kill factor". "Raid kills those ants dead". Other than the search through dialogue, I don't know see how to remedy this psycology. We just don't recognize strangers as freinds which I'm sure is evolved gene association just as other species have had adaptive evolutionary protectionisms, which is wild in itself. imagine a soldier in the future changing into the color of sand at the whim of an agitated fear instinct. if other species have actually adapted this way, damn, there's no better example of being god-like

"Raid kills Bugs dead"! Imagine what a childs mind goes through being reared where bugs are depicted as these little cute and beautiful interactive creatures. hand daddy that magazine, there's a spider on the couch. Shwaaack!!! oh yeah and Santa, oh yeah the Easter Bunny oh yeah Christopher Columbus oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah...and Jesus?? what is what is what???

"Raid kills Bugs dead"! Imagine what a childs mind goes through being reared where bugs are depicted as these little cute and beautiful interactive creatures. hand daddy that magazine, there's a spider on the couch. Shwaaack!!! No joke: just this morning I was walking to the bus my three little ones, and we saw there was the occasional earthworm on the sidewalk. I said "Do you guys ever do this? I used to do this as a kid!" and I quickly (but elegantly, might I add) angled my shoe and sliced that critter in half. Watching him squirm (or at least, half of him!) was great entertainment, free, and only horrified one of my offspring. But I guess now all the worms are out to get revenge -- I think I started a "war" - - - In hindsight, I think I was being accidentally metaphorical, role-playing as Dubya slicing up the Iraqi country due to its disgustingness to me in my sophistimicated understandingness of moralitinity and truthiness. And cuz it's not like that weak victim of my bullying could really do anything to "fight back" on anything remotely resembling the same degree. Seriously. Metaphorical!

we are the honky , we are the nigga, we are all those types of dividing distractions that perk our addiction to scratch open the healing wound of apparent infinite agitation that we've come to subliminally submit to as the unrecognizable temporary remedy. we formulate the part components of the machine that will eternally manufacture War. collectively we are that stigma cliche "The White Man" that entity we refer to as "He", "They". The endless search for the reason behind our topsy turvy existence. Unlike religion, we've made apparent things invisible because of fear. Wev'e psychologically psyched ourselves into believing the responsibility lies other than us. But we don't see it because it's always been us. There is more of us then any one whom we've let guide us here to this point. if one man has a gun he cannot take us all down if we charge all at once, because he will not have time to reload. Why do we not see this as it is. But we suffer War! after War! and our remedy, though always temporary, is to talk down to like sufferers. We create our own defeat as the Living Being. How could a small group come to control and manipulate all there is on Earth? It's so easy to discontinue any negative, Be it the price of food, the cost of housing. "They (we the cooperators) create the price, the cost for any tangible thing. Who determines the profits of??? mark ups at 200%? It's ridiculous inside the overall view of how it all clanks along. Freedom. It is more to it than to sit back and complain, doing nothing, turning the channels to other types of self inflicted depression. We allow "Them" the control because we think we have to approach this in a civilized manner. I think it would be very civilized if we refused and jumped away from our lazy demeaners chained to our fear. This fear is self imposed. Don't watch another soldier die from anywhere on earth. Soldiers should be non-existant and definently not made up of us. They are our fathers, brothers, mothers, sisters in armed forces everywhere and we've obvious proof that they've become brain-washed in believing they are doing a just service when they kill and obey commands of mad unconsious worker servants of a handful of money whore-ders who have directed this thus far. But "They" are always counting on our fears. And wev'e only advanced in the self-propelling of these fears. We must stop

"Our" "collective" ability to live freely is hampered, violated, molested immeasurably, while They Live.

Thread title: "War - What is it?" --Lew Rockwell, in a insightful interview for The Liberal Post, on his site, LewRockwell.comWhere, fwiw, I find a potential inference (the bolded text in the quote) to this very thread's opening point...? But even if not, a pertinent point none the less. (among many made in the interview)

"If you're against this war, you stop the payment for it. And you save the lives of any kid who might get killed there..." - Jackie Mason, former comic and now just outspoken angry "Ultimate Jew" PS: that's a lot of footwear
