I carry the following NOTICE with me, it's printed on bright blue paper and laminated.
NOTICE, I am the Human Being known as Winston Ward Johnson, a free Man Sui Juris. I am not a party to the social compact known as the United States of America or any of the 50 States of the Union. My claimed rights are neither derived from nor dependent upon any Constitution/Bill of Rights. It is self-evident that governments derive their 'just powers' from the consent of the governed, I have not given my explicit consent. Any implied consent presumed by any and/or all government agents/agencies was challenged on June 4, 1993. Unless or until my actions actually harm another Human Being, their property or rights I do not consent to being restrained of my liberty.
I don't file or register anything with any governmental agency therefore I just carry that notice with me, if stopped I hand it to 'them' and see where it goes from there. ;D
