Here's hoping you made a local copy of the show (for ego purposes or otherwise ) Nope. Didn't make one, sorry.

Dear Sagas,
Missed the program. Will you make copies of your paperwork available for purchase (for entertainment purposes only of course)? Thanks!

Where will you do the show from Marc, now that RBN seems to be down?

Besides I use to be a DJ in a former life I know how I sound, especially without my radio voice on . . . like a hick or an idiot or both. Dear Sagas, Missed the program. Will you make copies of your paperwork available for purchase (for entertainment purposes only of course)? Thanks! Dear Yeoman, Thanks for the interest; however, No. Most everything was gleaned from the book or script, which you can get from Marc; except for the formatting of the documents, (BOP/Motion for Discovery, and Motion to Dismiss) of which another member of the forum was kind enough to send me an example while I was in the process of trying to figure out how to write them. The information on standing is mostly what's in the M2D. You can also look on the internet and find examples of legal forms galore. If you have an immediate need (i.e. dealing with something right now) I would oblige freely but would ask their permission first. I did scan and send Marc a copy of the paperwork I asked for to prove they were dismissing the case. (Obviously certain information has been removed). He may or may not post it it's up to him. P.S. check your PM.

Sagas,
Thanks for the reply. No immediate need, just stocking the toolbox to be prepared. Where can I find info on formatting the doc's as you mentioned? What is a PM? Thanks!

PM stands for Private Message. In otherwords, look in the mailbox under your name here on Marc's board and there should be a Private Message to you from Sagas.

Notice the link is "http://216.240.133.177:2005/" but the ":2005" part is not linkified. Use my "snipurl" shortcuts here, that'll redirect you just fine.

"linkified" You been using NonE's dictionary again? Actually, I tried it both ways and didn't get no satisfaction either way, but if I try sometime, I just might find, I get what I need. - NonE Okay, update: I tried it with Opera, my normal browser, and it didn't know what to do with it. It wanted to open it with Notepad. I lists it as a MIME file and I don't really have a clue what that means. I couldn't figure out anything. Then I opened it with Firefox, clicked on Listen and told it to use Winamp and that worked. Any idea why Opera is confused and how to sweettalk it into playing nicely? (not important, but hints appreciated) - NonE
