what bugs me; The argument of A police officer pulling you over for defective taillights. Preventive Measure. This is where you see an attempt to serve the people gone bad. It's always appeared to look like prevention measure. What do citations for no taillight help in society? maybe as the perp is braking; Me being behind him can't tell and slams into him. It's clear that there is an attempt at some sort of peace keeping on the roads. Just as there are A lot issues like this example, there are many areas of unwarranted inforcement. How do you justify over saturation of parking meters in areas where parking is necessary for access to? I think It makes sense but it's something that the prospect of revenue has driven down the highway to Hell. I hate that the insurance industry set up operations where the police can conviscate your automobile for not having insurance. Is this prevention or inforcement of revenue collection dressed up as law. Who does this law really protect. How much did the insurance industry bring in before this law? How much, with it inforced? Who are the winners? This is an example of how corosion within Dispute Resolution Organiztions is possible. At some point, competition involves its self when the determining factor becomes the employees of this DRO bring more food on their tables due to high volume business at A particular quarter. So greed introduces itself to society again and the journey starts over spiraling up from the bottom and some embrace as god and savior. Why we're never willing to live with basics is the mystery. I buy my daughter A swingset for the yard and then you want one. instead of placing a park on every corner. Why isn't more housing developed with play areas? What if we're given a brand new car when we graduate from high school? What if we were granted health care? what if we all participated as agriculturors? Concerned for the entire, what if?

Well I suppose we are talking hundreds or even thousands of years before the human condition will let humanity reveal that it needs no leader and that's all within who owns that hope. There are so many angles and approach at getting the populace of humankind to understand that you give someone the job only and not the power to take care of your affairs. A working within described and designated perimeter. Always with no exception, never let the decision be made by one lone entity because at that onset we lose our employee and we have placed ourselves in a slave/master relation by letting one entity suggest by imposing their act of personal decision making for us all. I wonder how many Lysander followers were there in his time. All of his writings would seem to be out of touch due to lack of government involvement with the people during those times. We need to know that when everyone of us should have 20 bottles of baby formula but 2 of us are lacking, it should be taken care of before we move any further

...Always with no exception, never let the decision be made by one lone entity because at that onset we lose our employee and we have placed ourselves in a slave/master relation by letting one entity suggest by imposing their act of personal decision making for us all. I'm feeling a bit less hope-ful than usual, after watching the video linked below. It seems apparent, by incidents such as this, that it really doesn't matter if we, factually, *are* slaves or not -- if the proclaimed "masters" already SEE us as that, for they will simply act accordingly, as if it were true. And sadly, most of the sheeple around us will only stand in silence witnessing such un-law-ful* actions. Case in point -- Come See The Violence Inherent In The System. And how the uniforms and badges "prevented" anybody from actually doing anything in response. - - - *law, as in Natural Law, not man-made, "statutory law".

GREAT show, Marc and Sagas! (01/27/2007) - NonE Cool. Thanks NonE. Something I neglected to mention. This cost over $400.00 and about 10 days by the time you add up research, document writing, sending paperwork back and forth travel time (Not to mention others [you know who you are] who offered some assistance, especially my business partner who didn't want me to travel alone). Time I could have spent writing computer programs or shooting nails with a nail gun (real estate renovation). Two of the things most of you who know me know I do to support myself and family. I said I wouldn't mess with it if it wasn't dismissed at the initial arraignment; however, when the BRWL ordered me to enter a plea I changed my mind not only because of what I though of at that moment but also because I figured I could use the learning experience especially in a rather benign situation. There wasn't much of a chance that I'd get locked away forever for making a few mistakes on a traffic issue. Now for the million (well at least $400.00) question. Was it worth it? By golly I absolutely think so. It was the cheapest law school education one could get with practical experience thrown in, (Besides Marc's book, scripts and seminar, which are less expensive than that) and I know I will have no fear of defending myself if the need ever arises in the future, and I'm fairly sure it won't cost nearly as much time and effort, and worry. Again, Glad you liked the show I had a great time speaking with Marc this morning and I appreciate him having me on. I sent a scan of the dismissal paperwork they gave me to Marc so he can post it if he wants.

Yep, I think it probably was time and money well spent on your education in life. It's nice that you are able to see it in those terms, too.
Sadly it seems we may have lost that radio show. I'm glad it was one of the few times I listened live.

Sadly it seems we may have lost that radio show. I'm glad it was one of the few times I listened live. - NonE Show??? How bout station? If so then there is Always Truth Radio , or Pirate Radio , or Live 365 ; All of which will allow one to setup their own show without actually needing their own equipment or a big pipe for the data stream. If you DIY then you need a big inet-pipe. If you do say a 96k (radio quality) feed and only have a 512 DSL pipe you'll be able to support about 4 to 5 people listening to the stream simultaneously and that's it. (29/Jan/2007 Edit for clarity). That's why the alternatives mentioned above may be better than DIY. You're actually connecting to their servers so a 512 DSL would not limit the simultaneous users like it would if you were broadcasting from your own shout cast or other DIY server.

Sadly it seems we may have lost that radio show. I'm glad it was one of the few times I listened live. - NonE Show??? How bout station? Well... I've always considered the venue to be a bit embarassing, what with their PAY-triot leanings, fear mongering and trolling-for-idiots advertising. Mostly I was too ashamed of the environment to recommend people go and listen to Marc's show there, so this may be a blessing in disguise. Building an environment of fear is no different than what the neocons are doing. So now with this letter "outing" the boss, it appears that using fear to manipulate the audience for his own ego and power may reveal the true nature of the thing. Fear, hate and domination are not the means to grow freedom. And while defensive postures may sometimes be required for survival, they are certainly not what will enhance creation, abundence and love. I do hope that those contributors to the "network" who brought light will find another lens through which to shine. - NonE

Here's hoping you made a local copy of the show (for ego purposes or otherwise ) since it might be "gone forever" by the looks of things... Here's my thoughts: I read the entire "essay"...
