I understand this isn't the best advice ever, but from my own point of view, the answer "oh fuck off" would be forthcoming. Just say "look, if that's your attitude, dipshit, then I will 100% find whoever you are wanting to prosecute innocent, even if he is is so patently guilty it will make me be openly laughed at in the street. In short, bugger off." Fuck 'em, frankly. ;D adventuresinlegalland.com/saluteyou.mp3

Reminds me of the wedding scene in the Godfather when Don Vito and Luca Brasi met with the bandleader to get Johnny out of his contract. ... I have an idea, someone should make an MP3 of that story from the movie. check your AiLL email "In" box... --"someone"

so how did I handle it?
I sent back the questionnaire without filling in or answering any questions or signing. Blank The front side had all the questions - mostly laid out for auto-processing by filling in squares with a #2 pencil. The back side had a place for remarks, and is where I stated I would be unavailable and why. I attached a copy of a page from the medical office which would confirm my spouse had a recent surgery.
I thought that none of the other questions were relevant in light of my reason for being unavailable ?
I will be tempted to ignore any possible further mailings from them.

Certainly an honorable path/approach to handling it, imo~
best wishes to both you & your spouse regarding that surgery---------

marc, are the audio clips like this supposed to be on the AiLL website to listen to/dl? I couldn't find any clips there; where would they be (or are they only for the forum)? btw, while rompin' round looking for the sound clips, I saw the " larry" clip for the show; have you heard the Steve Lukather & Lary Carlton No Substitutions - Live In Osaka album? sweet!

I don't have those audio clips linked on my site. I just upload them for fun usually. The page with the bumper music was for the new network, saves the cost of burning a CD and mailing it. The Larry Carlton cut was on today's show, yeah, very sweet. Larry's one of the greats. youtube.com/watch?v=_4RwZoEwNZI
