Be careful though folks, a lot of "new" Wikipedia bio-articles get tagged for "deletion" pretty quick if some Wikipedians think it is "original research", especially if it appears to be posted by the person himself. So keep checking back over the next few weeks and "defend" it PS: a while ago I had suggested the following verbiage, maybe some of that can be included too... 3 schools of individualist anarchism re. property -- Reply #80 on Nov 3, 2006, 5:05pm :-\ ^ OKAY, done -- I stopped being lazy, I added "About the Author" and pasted in my verbiage, and modified the synopsis to be less vague. Probably the "back of the book" description should be excerpted in there as well. Also some of the Amazon.com contents re. the book might be referenced?

"Marc's perspective is that the very concept of government is based on numerous dishonest and misleading labels and presumptions that amount to a complex public relations scheme. He has invited government supporters (including newsworthy politicians, lawyers, judges, reporters) to debate him on his radio show, stating that he wishes to focus only on "facts, not opinions" (he continues to observe that most of those invited have initially accepted, only to cancel at the last moment)."
The paragraph above is from the Wikipedia article. It's excellent writing, whoever did it. Remember, for anyone who wishes to expand the article, stay away from glowing reviews ; as much as we might agree that it's a great book, Wikipedia's article guidelines specifically warn against making an article a sales pitch.

TY for your appreciation, it was simply my attempt at combining Marc's book + Marc's words over the years + my perspective = into something a non-libertarian might understand and be intrigued by.

feedback/fwiw: the article has this: "The non-fictional book focus on court procedures and the legal and political systems in America, and examines these and society in general from an alternative, skeptical viewpoint." shouldn't it grammatically be: "The non-fictional book focuses on..." (or "The non-fictional book's focus is on ...") ? ie "focuses... and examines..." and a spelling error/typo: "Marc Steven has also acted as a legal consultant in various traffic, tax, and drug cases, but now primarily offers seminars discussing the concepts covered in his book, including role playing among partipicants." "Steven" needs to be plural "Steven s". and a personal suggestion, I would rewrite this next part or delete it out altogether (to me/imho it sounds too much like commentary/opinion within then insignificant/unnecessary facts): "Previous to getting his own show, Stevens had conducted interviews as guests on dozens of well known (especially in the "patriot" community), most of which can be found archived on his website." considering a rewrite, you could include the "interviews" parts with the closing line as: "Marc's "No State Project" is aired weekly on the Republic Broadcasting Network. His website includes archives of interviews on many other radio programs, available for free to listen to." kudos for the entry!

Have fun cleaning up the wording that is there -- remember it is a "collective" (haha) project, not the work of any singular ego here on the board (or outside it )

What a strange concept. ("collective" project)
I'm wondering about the dynamic. In a political collective it seems that everything is reduced to the lowest common denominator. And yet in many ways the Wikipedia and the internet in general is a collective of another sort and may tend to head in the opposite direction. I think this needs to be examined and maybe the hidden (from me at least) truth of this revealed.
